1 - CAMERA-READY PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

All accepted papers need to be prepared in accordance with the IEEE Conference Template. Please follow the three-step process to complete your camera-ready submission.

Step 1: Conformance to the IEEE Template

Final versions of accepted papers must be prepared using IEEE PDF eXpress. Before creating a PDF Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document. IEEE Copyright Notice:

Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision especially in authors' names, sequences and emails.

• + Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress website
• + If you never used IEEE PDF eXpress, then click on the link New Users - Click Here and fill in your information.
• + If you have used IEEE PDF eXpress before, then enter your email address and password
• + The Conference ID is: 49988X
• + Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup. Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Step 2: Camera-ready version submission

Upload the camera-ready (proof) of your paper (update) to easy chair . The submission will be collected by our team. Please note, the deadline for submission is strictly August 25, 2020.

Step 3 IEEE e-Copyright form

For each paper, one author has to complete the IEEE e-Copyright form. You will receive an email with a link to sign the IEEE e-Copyright form.

Important note:

All papers will under go a plagiarism and similarity check using IEEE CrossCheck, any papers not meeting the minimum standard will be excluded from the proceedings. Submitting authors will be crosschecked using The IEEE Prohibited Authors List (PAL) Database. Only if the check for compliance with PDF eXpress was successful, you can submit your final paper. The final paper submitted at the conference system must have a proof of full compliance generated by the PDF eXpress facility. Papers without the compliance proof will not be included in the IEEE Xplore data base.

2 - PAPER REGISTRATION

After you submit your camera-ready paper, please proceed to the completing your paper registration as follows: - Payment of the registration fees as mentioned in the registration webpage the payment has to be through a wire transfer to Prince Sultan University account with the following information

If you necessarily need an online payment solution, please contact us at riotu@psu.edu.sa, but there might be up to 6% additional fees.

Note. One payment can cover up to TWO papers.

The deadline to register your paper is strictly August 25, 2020.

- Once the payment is completed, please register EACH paper in this Google Form and upload the payment evidence. As such your registration is completed.

If you have two papers, then:

• - Fill the form for each paper
• - Write in the additional comments the title of the other paper
